• All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice while we maintain and sustain our community studio. 

• Our policies are aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty and to encourage a mindful community.  

• By attending class, you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.

GUIDELINES

• Please no street shoes on the studio floor. Yoga is best practiced barefoot!

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

• Please allow yourself to be “unplugged” while at the studio and silence all phones/devices during class. 

• Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time to allow yourself time to settle in for class.  If it is your first time to the studio, please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At our studio, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services and experiences to our valued clients. As a small business, we carefully manage our resources to ensure exceptional care in every class and session. Therefore, all sales are final. However, in cases where all of our guidelines and policies are followed, we may offer class credit as an alternative. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide you with the best possible yoga experience.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class start time.

• We do not offer refunds on any yoga class purchases, including single classes, class packs, memberships, workshops, packages, or privates sessions.  When booking/cancellation policies are upheld, refunds may be made in the form of studio credit only.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY​

• In the event you cannot make it to class, please cancel as early as possible.  

• Cancelling 1 hour or less before the start of class is considered a No Show/Late Cancel.

• Any class card or single class passes will be forfeited if you No Show/Late Cancel for class.

• If you are on an unlimited form of membership, a no-show fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file.

• We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every No Show/Late Cancel is subject to this policy.
